Maleficent-without filters

I thought for a long time, which evil from my childhood should I honor by dedicating the first text to her?

What would be the criteria?Would it be the one I was most afraid of? The one that annoyed me the most? Or the one I was (secretly) rooting for?

I decided on the one that I was a little, but not too afraid, that annoyed me, but not to the extent that I turned off the TV, and that wasn't funny, but almost was.

You guessed it - it's Maleficent! Without filters!

Yes, the original Maleficent from 1959. The one who cursed the newborn. And why did she cast the curse, you might ask?

Because she wasn't invited to the partyy. It's that simple.

And I know, now some of you may say - that's just an excuse, she was bitter because of unrequited love...

No, it cannot be. In 1959. Maleficent was plain and simple evil. No reason, no cause.

And that's why she's a Diva. A diva who barges into a party uninvited (oh, what a dramatic intrusion that was) , a diva who throws a tantrum and taunts her pig-like servants.

Also, what makes her stand out from all her coworkers - which of them had a raven as a pet?

However, what gave this character a personal touch was its sarcasm. As a child, I didn't quite understand it, but I always felt somehow uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, as it happens with every diva, she was her own worst enemy. I mean, that's all nice, but she just didn't know when to stop. She turned into a dragon, and than into a black speck at the bottom of the abyss.

I didn't feel bad for her.

And I know, some of you will say it again - unrequited love, abandoned woman... It won't work!

She was simply evil, simply a diva and simply -a mark of my childhood.
